We are currently looking for motivated, communicative and sales-oriented people to join our Sales teams.

Your responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Communicate with customers in German in a clear, confident and professional manner
Present products and services and identify sales opportunities
Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable solutions
Perform cross-selling and up-selling activities
Handle inbound calls generated from outbound campaigns
Maintain a positive customer experience while achieving sales targets and KPIs

What we are looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing or contact center
Fluent German, both spoken and written
Minimum B2 level of English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and goal-oriented approach to sales
Familiarity with CRM systems
Ability to work in a dynamic, performance-driven environment
