We’re hiring a Sales Specialist - a driven and compassionate professional who supports census growth by stepping into key sales roles across communities and regions.

You’re a skilled sales professional with a passion for connecting families to life-changing care. You thrive in dynamic environments, build strong referral relationships, and bring energy and empathy to every interaction.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as an external/internal Ambassador in vacant sales roles, areas of emphasis, and new markets
- Develop relationships with qualified referral sources, conduct tours, and close sales
- Provide direct selling support to improve performance and meet census goals
- Train Community Ambassadors and Family Ambassadors to enhance outreach and conversion
- Implement sales and marketing programs as directed by the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing
- Travel extensively to support communities across the assigned region
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of sales and/or sales management experience
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in assisted living or healthcare
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs.)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel overnight extensively
- Comfortable working in an environment with pets
- Passion for serving individuals with Alzheimer’s and other memory-related conditions

Anticipated pay range
$130,000—$140,000 USD
