Deine Aufgaben:
  • Rechnungsprüfung: Prüfe und bearbeite eingehende Rechnungen für Facility-Management-Dienstleistungen und stelle eine korrekte Abwicklung sicher
  • Vertragsmanagement: Betreue und verwalte Verträge mit externen Dienstleistern, beispielsweise in den Bereichen Reinigung, Wartung oder Sicherheitsdienste
  • Budgetkontrolle: Unterstütze bei der Überwachung von Budgets und Ausgaben und trage zu einer transparenten Kostenkontrolle bei
  • Materialmanagement: Verwalte und bestelle Materialien sowie Betriebsmittel und stelle deren rechtzeitige Verfügbarkeit sicher
  • Datenpflege: Pflege und aktualisiere relevante Daten und Dokumentationen in unseren internen Systemen
  • Administrative Unterstützung: Übernimm allgemeine organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben zur Unterstützung des Facility-Management-Teams

Dein Profil:

  • Ausbildung: Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung: Du bringst Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich mit, idealerweise im Facility Management oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • MS-Office-Kenntnisse: Du verfügst über grundlegende Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere in Excel
  • Rechnungswesen & Budget: Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Rechnungsprüfung, Kostenkontrolle und Budgetplanung
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und überzeugst durch ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
