Senior Sales Executive

Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our Company.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling Contact Centre Solutions, Customer Experience Technologies, Unified Communications, CRM Solutions, or related enterprise technology solutions.

Key Responsibilties

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the enterprise and corporate market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Sell Contact Centre, Customer Experience, Unified Communications, CRM, and related technology solutions.
• Understand clients’ business requirements and work with technical teams to develop appropriate solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Engage C level executives, IT Managers, Customer Experience Leaders, Contact Centre Managers, Operations Managers, Chief Information Officer, and other key decision makers.
• Prepare and deliver compelling solution presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical, customer success, and operations teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years’ proven sales experience, preferably within the Contact Centre, Customer Experience, Telecommunications, IT, or Enterprise Technology sector.
• Demonstrable experience selling Contact Centre Solutions is highly desirable and will be a key consideration.
• Strong understanding of Contact Centre technologies, including AI, IVR, call recording, workforce management, omnichannel engagement, CRM integration, and related solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong business development, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to engage and influence senior decision makers.
• Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales and solution selling.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and commercial teams.
