The Role

Own the top of our sales funnel: find great prospects, reach the right decision-makers, book qualified demos directly onto the CEO’s calendar, and relentlessly drive follow-up and track leads through to close.

You’ll:

• Source and research target medical practices and healthcare organizations
• Run outbound across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Write strong, personalized outreach
• Qualify prospects and book demos
• Own follow-up and keep leads from falling through the cracks
• Test messaging, segments, and channels to improve conversion

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 1-3 years of experience SDR/BDR, outbound sales, or lead-generation in healthcare
• Strong outbound sales instincts and excellent communication
• Intuition on how to talk to medical staff/doctors
• Organized, persistent, and highly results-oriented
• Scrappy and resourceful; you find a way when the path isn’t clear
• Extremely high ownership and self-direction-we’re a small startup, you track yourself, no one keeps track of you. You take an outcome, figure out how to achieve it, and drive it through to completion without hand-holding
• Ambitious and cares about reshaping healthcare

• $65K-$80K base salary + performance-based commission ($110K-$130K OTE) + equity
