WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
SimCorp Advanced Delivery Center (ADC) was strategically established, initially in 2016 in Warsaw, Poland, and subsequently extended to Manila, Philippines in 2021 and Mexico City in 2023. This deliberate expansion enables us to efficiently connect with clients spanning EMEA, APAC, and NA. Within the ADC, our Business Consultants collaborate closely with market units, focusing on business functionality and solution workflows. Their expertise ensures customized configuration and seamless deployment of SimCorp Dimension for our valued customers.
High-quality, performing, secure, and cost-effective software is at the core of what we do. ADC Platform & Integration team is at the heart of every effective implementation of SimCorp Dimension. You will be working in an agile team of about 40 people, who enable SimCorp clients to handle their data portfolio end to end and integrate with all kinds of data sources and technologies to steer business operations.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Design, build, and deliver integration solutions for the SimCorp Dimension system based on client requirements, including the use of our custom integration tool (Communication Server)
Participate in global implementation projects as part of the ADCPlatform & IntegrationTeam
Gather, analyse,and document client technical requirements
Collaborate closely withteam members andcross-functional teams
Share knowledge and contribute to continuous learning within theteam andthe wider organization
Prepare test cases andsupport SystemIntegration Testing (SIT)andUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Perform unit testing, document developed components,and present delivered solutions
WHAT WE VALUE
Minimum5 years of experience in implementation projects related to systems integration,ideally within theFinTech sector
Strong ability to collaborate closely with clients andproject teams
Experience in configuring systems based on specific client requirements
Knowledgeof integration technologies and standards such asIBM WebSphere, MQSeries, APIs, or comparable solutions
Practical knowledge ofSQLand relational databases
Practical knowledge ofXML/XSLTand other data-transformation standards
Knowledgeof, or strong interest in,investment finance (e.g., financial instruments, capital markets)
Experience integrating financial IT systems and familiarity with financial industry standards (e.g.,SWIFT, Bloomberg)
Excellent analytical skills, proactiveness,anda holistic approach toproject delivery
Strong communication skills anda good command ofEnglish
Degree in Computer Science,Business Administration,Finance, or equivalent professional experience
Others:
Flexible working hours and working mode (APAC and EMEA)
Hhybrid work arrangement - 2x/week
