You’re a Strong Fit If You Have
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in radiology, imaging, or healthcare operations
- Experience with radiology systems such as EXA, RIS, and EMR preferred
- Prior lead, senior, or informal supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of patient flow, scheduling, and front office operations
- Experience with TOS workflows, insurance coordination, and operational reporting preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented with strong accountability and follow-through
