Sales & Business Development Manager

The role

A client-facing sales role at the heart of our growth. You'll own the sales process from first enquiry to signed client: engaging prospects, preparing proposals, closing and following up.

What you'll do

• Manage all inbound leads and enquiries, responding quickly and moving each one through the sales process
• Find new business through outbound prospecting: identify target clients, reach out and book meetings
• Engage clients with the right content and messaging, and present our services with confidence
• Prepare proposals, close new business and handle follow-up questions
• Help shape and refine our sales approach
• Build and grow a strong network and referral partnerships
• Work closely with our delivery team for a smooth handover to new clients

What you bring

• Proven sales or business development experience in the UAE, ideally selling professional services (accounting, tax, audit, advisory or corporate services)
• Enough knowledge of accounting, VAT and corporate tax to hold credible client conversations, with technical detail handled by our tax team
• Engaging, persistent and reliable: you follow through on every lead and every promise
• Strong networking skills and an existing network in the UAE business community
• Confident with business owners and decision-makers, in person and in writing
