工作职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责PCBA过程质量控制。（SMT/DIP/ATE/半成品/UV涂覆）

2、主导过程内质量异常的改善与总结。

3、主导过程质量异常数据进行统计分析，组织质量改善会议，推动质量异常项目的改善。

4、对过程进行稽查，识别过程质量风险，并推定改善。

5、主导客诉异常的围堵，分析，改善，形成8D报告。

6、参与公司过程审核、产品审核、质量体系审核。

7、对PCBA-QC实施培训，对检验过程进行优化梳理。

8、领导交付的其他工作。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、有PCBA过程质量控制经验优先。

2、熟悉ISO9001或IATF16949质量管理体系。

3、能熟练运用质量工具。

4、具备良好的沟通能力，文字表达能力、报告编写能力、团队协作能力。
