Assistant Vice President, Sales & Account Management
Job Description
Tasked with creating and executing a sales strategy aligned with organizational objectives to drive business revenue expansion for the Sales Team through new client acquisition and expanding share of wallet among existing corporate accounts.Strategic Sales Leadership & Account Management
Provide strategic direction and high-impact leadership to a team of sales and account management professionals to consistently exceed revenue targets.
Architect and execute scalable go-to-market strategies tailored to high-growth target verticals and strategic corporate accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional executive teams including Marketing, Strategy, and Operations to accelerate sales funnel conversion and deliver complex contract logistics solutions.
Establish rigorous KPIs and performance standards for the team to drive accountability, foster a high-performance culture, and optimize pipeline velocity.
Identify untapped market opportunities and lead high-stakes commercial negotiations for key partnerships in close coordination with Legal, Finance and Operations
Drive executive-level strategy for high-value contract logistics RFQs, tenders, pitch proposals, and proactive contract renewals to maximize lifetime customer value.
Cultivate C-suite relationships with major key accounts to drive multi-product adoption and increase wallet share in alignment with corporate growth objectives.

Implement continuous training programs focusing on consultative sales methodology, complex negotiation, and solution selling.

Requirements:
6 years of team and stakeholder management experience
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Strong business acumen
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical skills and experience with sales data and metrics.
