As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of large, established local customers with the objective of deepening relationships, increasing wallet share and driving sustainable revenue growth.

You will build strong CXO-level relationships, understand customers’ evolving IT&T needs and develop strategic account plans to win bids and create innovative deals.

How You will Make An Impact:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of large local brand-name customers to increase sales revenue, wallet share and customer retention.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and key decision-makers.

• Understand and identify customers’ IT&T needs through in-depth account planning and profiling.

• Identify and pursue opportunities to win bids and develop innovative customer deals.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of technology trends and articulate the differentiated value of Singtel’s offerings.

• Monitor global market trends, competitor movements and industry developments to better anticipate and address customer needs.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with key decision-makers.

• Develop strategic account plans and execute sales initiatives to achieve and exceed financial and sales KPIs.

• Represent Singtel professionally and act as a key ambassador in customer engagements.

• Take ownership of account performance and independently drive opportunities through to successful outcomes.

Skills for Success:

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.

• Up to 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in solution selling.

• ICT or telecommunications knowledge is preferred.

• Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong strategic planning capabilities.

• Self-driven, energetic and motivated to achieve sales outcomes.

• Resourceful and creative in identifying and developing opportunities.

• Strong leadership qualities and ability to take ownership.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Able to project a positive and professional image of self and Singtel.

• Independent and self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
