工作职责 / Responsibilities
1. 客户开发：负责指定赛道（航空航天、无人机、新能源汽车、轨交）新客户开发，掘潜在合作需求，完成个人年度销售指标。
2. 需求对接：对接客户技术、商务需求，联动内部技术团队输出复材预浸料、结构件解决方案，参与客户技术评审与交流。
3. 项目跟进：负责项目报价、招投标资料准备、商务谈判、合同签订，全程跟进生产、交付、售后全流程。
4. 市场复盘：收集市场行情、竞品价格、客户反馈信息，定期输出市场分析报告，为产品优化、营销策略调整提供依据。
任职要求 / Requirements
1. 学历专业：统招专科及以上学历，航空航天类、高分子材料类、化学类、机械类、市场营销相关专业。
2. 工作年限：3 年及以上复材/新材料/机械/无人机/机器人行业To B销售工作经验。
3. 行业经验：有航空航天、无人机、军工、机器人行业销售经验者优先。
4. 基础能力：熟悉工业品招投标流程，具备独立谈单、项目跟进、客户维护能力，能接受常态化出差。
