主导小型/中大型智能微电网系统架构设计，涵盖源网荷储一体化方案、EMS能量管理系统、并离网切换逻辑
研究构网型技术在微电网中的应用，提升微电网对主配网的支撑能力
与智能微电网团队对接，将前沿研究成果转化为产品技术方案
设计微电网与虚拟电厂的协同架构（云-边-端一体化），实现"就地自治+广域聚合"

任职要求 / Requirements

硬技能：微电网系统设计、EMS算法、构网型逆变器技术、电力电子、分布式能源控制、IEC 61850等通信协议
软技能：技术前瞻判断力、产学研转化能力、团队技术管理
硕士及以上（博士优先），电气工程/电力系统及其自动化。5-10年微电网/配电网系统设计与研发经验，有天津大学、清华、浙大等高校微电网研究背景，或在科华数据、华为数字能源、ABB等企业有微电网系统设计经验者优先
