HSE Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HSE Officer to ensure the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies across our construction and industrial project sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring site activities, identifying potential hazards, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with applicable HSE regulations and company standards.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of occupational health and safety practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to promote a safe working environment for all employees and contractors. Very good to excellent English communication skills are essential, as the role requires regular communication and coordination with Chinese colleagues and management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
Experience in construction or industrial projects is preferred.
Good knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, risk assessment, and hazard identification.
Familiarity with PPE requirements, emergency procedures, and incident investigation.
Good communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with site teams, contractors, and project management.
Good reporting and documentation skills.
