Support project teams throughout the design, construction, and maintenance phases, providing expert insights on mechanical systems and BIM best practices.

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor installation progress and provide technical support for mechanical systems.

Requirements
Proven Expertise: A minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Mechanical Engineering with a strong focus on BIM applications within the installation, maintenance, or design sectors.
Technical Mastery: Exceptional proficiency in BIM software (especially Revit), AutoCAD, and comprehensive knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles, including HVAC Design, Plumbing Systems, and Fire Protection Systems.
Engineering Fundamentals: Solid understanding of core Engineering concepts, Electrical Engineering principles relevant to mechanical systems, and local Building Codes.
Project Acumen: Demonstrated experience in Project Management, effective Maintenance strategies, and a keen eye for Quality Assurance and Problem-solving.
