Quality Assurance Lawyer (Εσωτερική Αγγελία)

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lawyer to provide top-level Quality Assurance support across the Legal Services Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of the quality system, conducting quality assurance audits, monitoring results from processes and procedures, as well as to ensure that external clients always get similarly exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducts analysis and reviews data to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Evaluates whether processes and guidance used are up to date and reflect regulatory requirements and organizational objectives
• Reviews periodically the quality assurance and quality management system
• Determines weaknesses in performance and establish solutions to improve to ensure quality assurance standards are achieved
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of case files
• Generates and maintain feedback and coaching documentation to supervisors and managers and any other stakeholders
• Ability to work and complete projects without supervision, self-motivated
• Builds and maintain professional and collaborative relationships with peers across the business
• Participates in client meetings/phone conferences

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)
• Attorney-at-Law license in Greece
• Master’s degree in business or relevant field will be considered an asset
• Minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably at a Greek law firm, in quality control role would be a plus
• Knowledge of Quality Control Systems, data visualization abilities and understanding of support metrics
• Great people skills and ability to communicate feedback
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Greek and English)
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional listening, and analytical skills.
