We have built an end-to-end logistics platform that allows businesses to acquire dry, ambient, chilled, and frozen warehousing space within 48 hours as well as manage, optimize, and distribute inventory via a single platform. We are empowering businesses to expand and thrive by offering state-of-the-art logistics services-warehousing, freight, and distribution-through a fully integrated platform that is accessible precisely when and where they need it.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation and enhance brand awareness. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aimed at lead generation and brand enhancement.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
• Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling advertising materials that resonate with our target audience.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to keep ahead of competitors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related field, with a strong grasp of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Snapchat Ads.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for technology.
