Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will coordinate the end-to-end execution of customer and supplier orders, ensuring smooth logistics, contract fulfillment, and SAP transactions for petrochemical products. You will manage Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) activities while working closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, and external logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, including order entry, order fulfillment, shipment coordination, invoicing, and customer follow up.
• Provide excellent customer service by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
• Monitor product availability and transportation arrangements to ensure on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update customer master data in SAP to ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and communication.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, improving operational procedures, and contributing to service excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (preferably SAP SD) and good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Understanding of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, including order entry, shipping, billing, and customer support activities.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
