IT Sales Executive (Junior)

We are seeking juniorIT Sales Executiveto join our team. The ideal candidates should have good personality, strong communication, self-motivated with can-do attitude, strong service-minded and high sense of responsibilities.

• Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing sales activities related to our services and solutions
  • Establish and develop positive relationship with new customers & maintain good relationship with existing customers
  • Understand customers’ need and coordinate with relevant parties for suitable solutions to propose
  • Prepare costing quotations and proposals to customers and follow up until closing
  • Act as a key coordinator and feedback channel to technical teams on fulfillment of sales contract and ensure smooth delivery to customers
  • Documentation reporting such as sales forecasts, pipeline update and sales activities progress
  • Provide basic product knowledge to customer
• Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher inBusiness, Marketing, Computer, Engineeringor any related field
  • At least 1 yearof working experience in Sales or related customer-servicing
  • Fresh graduates are still welcome to apply. Internship experience in administrative support, sales support, marketing support, or related fields are considerable.
  • Sales experience in IT industry will be a big plus
  • Good personality, strong relationship building with can-do attitude
  • Strong logical thinking, detail-oriented and proven problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command in English and Thai
