IT Sales Executive/ Account Manager (Cybersecurity Solutions)

Job Overview:

Drive revenue growth and manage strategic enterprise client relationships. Deliver end-to-end Cybersecurity and System Integration (SI) solutions from opportunity generation and technical positioning to deal closing and account expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Revenue Generation:Execute sales strategies to acquire new enterprise logos and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Full Sales Cycle Ownership:Manage end-to-end sales stages: prospecting, requirement gathering, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives, IT directors, and key security decision-makers.
• Cross-Team Collaboration:Partner closely with Presales, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to craft technical and commercial proposals.
• Vendor & Partner Engagement:Work directly with leading cybersecurity vendors and distributors to build joint pipeline opportunities.

• Identity & Access Management (IAM):Okta, CyberArk

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Junior Level:1+ year of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Senior / AM Level:3+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Sales, Cybersecurity Solutions, or System Integration (SI).
• Proven track record in B2B consultative selling and achieving sales quotas.
• Solid understanding of core cybersecurity concepts with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional working proficiency in Thai and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Established network/client portfolio in Enterprise, FSI, or Retail sectors.
• Direct background working for a System Integrator (SI), IT distributor, or cybersecurity technology vendor.
