Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day store and warehouse operations supporting oil & gas activities. Coordinate receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, and issue of materials and equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock movements through the applicable inventory system. Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies against system records. Ensure materials are properly identified, labelled, stored, and preserved according to operational requirements. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, maintenance, operations, and other relevant teams for timely material availability. Maintain material receiving, issuing, transfer, and inventory documentation for traceability. Ensure store activities comply with applicable HSE procedures and site requirements.
Required Skills Inventory Management - Ability to control stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records. Material Control - Knowledge of receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking operational materials. Warehouse Operations - Understanding of organized and safe store/warehouse practices. Stock Reconciliation - Ability to perform physical counts and investigate inventory discrepancies. Oil & Gas Materials Knowledge - Familiarity with industrial materials, spares, consumables, and equipment used in oil & gas environments. Preferred Skills Experience with ERP or computerized inventory management systems. Knowledge of material preservation and traceability practices. Familiarity with HSE requirements in industrial stores and warehouses.
Work Experience
