Why Join Our Customer Success Team?

As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the strategic and operational partner for a portfolio of international, high-growth Mid-Market and Enterprise SaaS and enterprise accounts.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Data Engineers, Architects, and C-level executives to help them integrate Sisense deeply into their applications. Your goal is to drive rapid time-to-value, expand consumption (including our AI model/credit frameworks), maximize net retention (NRR), and ensure long-term platform growth.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (aligning with global markets)

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of global Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts, acting as their trusted advisor and embedded analytics strategist.

  • Partner with customer engineering, product, and data teams to guide architecture, developer integration, and adoption of Sisense Intelligence & AI capabilities.

  • Build multi-threaded relationships across Product, R&D, and C-Suite stakeholders to align analytics strategy with business outcomes.

  • Plan and lead executive business reviews demonstrating tangible ROI, platform adoption, and business impact.

  • Partner with Solutions Architects, Product Management, Support, and Sales to advocate for customer needs and resolve complex technical blockers.

  • Proactively identify health risks, technical roadblocks, or adoption gaps, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.

About You

  • You are comfortable discussing SaaS architecture, embedded software development, APIs, and data infrastructure with developers and product managers.

  • You have a proven track record of managing enterprise renewals, expansion goals, and complex commercial conversations.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of presenting complex technical and business concepts to C-level executives.

  • Agile, adaptable, and comfortable navigating fast-changing technologies (including AI tools and modern analytics architectures).

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a CSM, Technical Account Manager, or Solutions Consultant managing Mid-Market or Enterprise B2B SaaS accounts.

  • Direct experience in the Analytics, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence (BI), DevTools, or API-first SaaS space.

  • Proven track record of managing complex commercial negotiations, renewals, and revenue retention targets.

  • Experience working directly with technical persona groups (Data Engineers, Product Managers, R&D Leads, VP Engineering).

  • Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, API integrations, or SDK-driven architectures is a major plus.

  • Ability to work Monday through Friday to align with international global markets.

  • Native/Fluency in English (written and spoken).

How You’ll Ramp

By Day 30

  • Complete Sisense onboarding and technical enablement, gaining a deep understanding of our platform, Compose SDK, and Sisense Intelligence (AI) features.

  • Shadow customer calls, executive business reviews, and platform onboarding sessions.

  • Build relationships with internal technical partners (Solutions Architecture, Support, Product).

By Day 60

  • Take full ownership of your global book of business.

  • Formulate strategic account penetration and risk-mitigation plans for key accounts.

  • Lead your first technical adoption and business review sessions with client executives.

By Day 90

  • Operate as a trusted advisor to your accounts, driving adoption of Sisense AI/embedded capabilities.

  • Drive predictable renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and contribute directly to NRR growth.
