About SiTime

SiTime is the Precision Timing company.

Timing is the heartbeat of all electronics, ensuring performance, resilience and scalability. For decades, quartz devices, non-silicon technology, have kept systems in sync, but they struggle in harsher, more demanding environments. MEMS-based Precision Timing delivers greater accuracy, smaller size and resilience. Today, MEMS timing powers over 400 applications, including high-growth ones in AI datacenters, automated driving, industrial and humanoid robots, wearables and IoT.

Our semiconductor MEMS programmable solutions offer a rich feature set that enables customers to differentiate their products with higher performance, smaller size, lower power, and better reliability. With more than 4 billion devices shipped, SiTime is changing the timing industry. For more information, visit: www.sitime.com.

Job Summary

SiTime is looking for a Director of Corporate Operations to lead the transformation, process discipline, and operational rigor behind how the company runs at scale. Reporting to the SVP of Corporate Operations, this is a senior, highly visible leadership role responsible for driving the company's largest cross-functional initiatives - from ERP deployment to quote-to-cash transformation to acquisition integration - from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is equally credible in the boardroom and in the weeds: someone who can shape an enterprise operating model with executive leadership one day and roll up their sleeves to unblock a stalled workstream the next. This role leads primarily through influence, mobilizing large cross-functional teams who report elsewhere in the organization, and will be a driving force behind how SiTime scales its operations to match its growth.

Location of Responsibility: Santa Clara, CA (with cross-functional reach into APAC and EMEA as initiatives require)

Responsibilities

Enterprise Transformation & Program Leadership

  • Own end-to-end delivery of SiTime's largest cross-functional initiatives (ERP deployment, quote-to-cash redesign, M&A/acquisition integration, and similar enterprise-scale programs), from business case through rollout and adoption
  • Define program structure, milestones, and governance for initiatives that span multiple functions and geographies
  • Serve as the senior escalation point when major initiatives stall, directing resolution across functional owners

Operational Excellence & Business Process

  • Design, document, and continuously improve enterprise business processes to support SiTime's rapid growth and increasing operational complexity
  • Establish KPIs, metrics, and governance frameworks to sustain process improvements after go-live
  • Identify and prioritize operational gaps and inefficiencies across the company, translating them into actionable improvement roadmaps

Cross-Functional Influence & Alignment

  • Build consensus and drive execution across Finance, IT, Sales, Operations, Engineering, and other functions - without formal authority over the people involved
  • Mobilize and coordinate large, matrixed project teams whose members report elsewhere in the organization
  • Align functional leaders around shared priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs on competing initiatives

Change Management & Adoption

  • Lead change management planning for major initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies
  • Drive organizational readiness and adoption for new systems, processes, and ways of working
  • Anticipate and proactively address resistance to change across functions and geographies

Executive Partnership & Strategic Planning

  • Advise the SVP of Corporate Operations and senior leadership on prioritization, sequencing, and risk across the company's major initiatives
  • Translate executive strategy into actionable operating plans and program roadmaps
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes

Scaling for Growth

  • Bring structure and discipline to functions and processes that have outgrown their current state, in a fast-scaling public company environment
  • Partner with functional leaders to build scalable operating models that anticipate future growth rather than just address current pain points

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate operations, transformation, or program leadership, including 7+ years operating at a director level or above
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale transformation or operational excellence initiatives, ideally including ERP deployment, business process redesign, or M&A integration
  • Track record of driving results through influence, leading large cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority
  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to operate credibly with senior leadership while remaining hands-on with execution teams
  • Experience building process and structure in a fast-scaling, high-growth environment
  • Excellent program and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead multiple concurrent, high-stakes initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong communication and change management skills, with the judgment to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities

Preferred Experience:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
  • Experience in a publicly traded semiconductor, hardware, or technology company
  • Formal change management certification (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) or process excellence credential (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • PMP or similar project management certification
  • Direct experience with ERP implementation (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) or quote-to-cash transformation

Compensation Range:

At SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards. We offer a comprehensive and highly competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent. The final offer is determined by factors such as location, experience, education, and training.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to the achievement of innovation goals-reflecting our commitment to recognizing meaningful impact. We also offer equity grants, providing a meaningful opportunity to share in the company’s future growth and success.

Benefits offered: 401k plan, health and wellness that includes medical, dental, vision, life, parental leave, legal services, and time off plans.
