Our settlement team, responsible for Settlement in the Domestic markets and relationship with European Central Bank, is looking for a student with excellent organizational skills and an interest in the financial industry, to make an exciting internship in the SIX CSD Services Unit. We are looking for a bright and dedicated team player to join SIX and BME for a minimum of six-months for an internship, in which you will be providing hands-on support to manage the running business of settlement, also working closely with our internal partners and stakeholders which will enable you to build up a broad network. The role will be based at our Las Rozas office.
What You Will Do
- create dashboards and reports to support analysis
- support SIX participants in their day-to-day business
- assist in various settlement related projects
- provide ad hoc support to the product management and evolutive and governance teams
What You Bring
- you are studying a bachelor or master's degree related to Business administration, economics, finance, etc. Knowledge of financial markets will be also a plus, but is not mandatory
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills
- willingness to collaborate and work autonomously, paired with good time management skills
- strong teamwork mindset with motivation and continuous learning curiosity
- strong analytical skills with an eye for details
- good verbal and written skills in English and Spanish (B2 minimum)
