Обязанности:

  • Учет расчетов с подотчетными лицами.

  • Подготовка реестров для архивирования бухгалтерских документов и отправка в

    головной офис.

  • Приемка документов, проверка на правильность оформления и наличие всех

    реквизитов.

  • Сканирование документов с штрих-кодом в цифровой архив.

  • Участие в инвентаризации.

  • Проведение в учетной системе выдачи спецодежды, списания, перемещения.

  • Расчет стоимости спецодежды уволенным, оформление реализации спецодежды.

  • Учет по спецодежде (в т.ч. списание, удержание у сотрудников).

  • Прием и проверка заявлений и запросов от сотрудников на предоставление

    справок, изменение реквизитов, выплату пособий и т.д.

  • Прием и проверка путевых листов.

Требования:

  • Наличие высшего или специального образования (бухучет, финансы, экономика)

  • Опыт работы в строительных предприятиях желателен.

  • Знание бухгалтерского и налогового учета

  • Знание 1С:Бухгалтерия

  • Опыт работы по направлению от 3 лет

  • Знания ПК, 1С 8.3, СПС Консультант, Excel; Word

  • Высокая коммуникабельность, стрессоустойчивость, высокая обучаемость,

    внимательность и ответственность, усидчивость.

  • Умение работать с большим объемом документов.

Условия:

  • Официальное трудоустройство поТК РФ с первого дня;

  • График работы5/2 с 8.00 до 17.00 или 9.00 до 18.00

  • Место работы: Московская область, Солнечногорский район д. Дурыкино
