Deine Aufgaben
- Betrieb und Betreuung des WMS im Tagesgeschäft
- First-Level-Support inkl. Ticketannahme, Priorisierung und Dokumentation
- Voranalyse und Eskalation an 2nd-/3rd-Level bei komplexen Störungen
- Systemüberwachung und Alarmbearbeitung
- Unterstützung im Incident- und Problem-Management
- Testung von Entwicklungen und Schnittstellen im WMS-Umfeld
- Pflege von Support- und Betriebsdokumentationen
- Nachverfolgung von Störungen bis zur Lösung inkl. Nutzerkommunikation
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Betrieb und Support von Applikationen, idealerweise im WMS-/Logistikumfeld
- Grundkenntnisse in Schnittstellen/API-Themen sowie systematischer Fehleranalyse
- Verständnis für IT-Betriebsprozesse (Incident-/Service-Request-Management, SLAs, Eskalationswege)
- Grundverständnis für Monitoring, IT-Security und Systemverfügbarkeit
- Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zur Rufbereitschaft gemäß Regelung
