AI Solutions is our global post-sales and professional-services organization - the team that takes process intelligence and agentic AI out of pilots and into production, and owns customer outcomes end-to-end. We are AI-first by default: we spot repeating patterns and build agents to automate them, scaling the value we deliver with the book of business, not with headcount.

The role. The product expert and the primary face to the customer - the person who turns a customer discovery session into a shipped, adopted AI solution. Certified and fluent on Skan, you own delivery end-to-end for your accounts and stay hands-on right at the customer's side: configuring, wiring integrations, and building the agents and accelerators that take a solution from platform to live value. You automate the repeatable with AI so you deliver like a 10x consultant, and you keep everything anchored to the customer's real business problem. If you've spent a few years at a top consulting firm or SI and you're done with slideware - you want to build, ship and own outcomes - you'll thrive here.

What you own

• End-to-end delivery for assigned accounts - discovery, solution design, configuration, validation, deployment and value realization.
• Deep Skan product expertise - the certified go-to on the platform for your accounts.
• Hands-on building at the customer's side - configuration, integrations and custom agents/accelerators that extend the platform to the real problem.
• Leading customer discovery sessions end-to-end; framing requirements and articulating the value drivers.
• Data health, integration quality and analysis that moves from descriptive to predictive to prescriptive.
• AI-first delivery - building agents and reusable assets that automate repeating work.

What we look for

• 2-6 years in consulting / delivery; a Deloitte / Accenture / KPMG / PwC / EY or SI background applied with a builder's, AI-first mindset.
• Real end-to-end ownership on Skan or a comparable platform - product depth is critical.
• Exposure to process intelligence, process mining, RPA, workflow automation or BPM.
• Data fluency - SQL and BI tools, with Python a plus; can independently lead a customer discovery session and earn the trust of business stakeholders.
• Wants to build and ship, not just advise; solutions-led and heavily hands-on.

• Thrives in uncertainty: Can run a substantive, back-and-forth customer conversation, build on a fuzzy idea, and convert uncertainty into certainty - Idea → Implementation → Impact. Customers are under pressure and want someone who guides and coaches them.
• Pragmatic solutioning: Navigates roadblocks and imperfect systems without waiting to be told what to do - independent judgment over guidance-dependence.
• Data-first, value-driven (not task execution): The real work isn't just executing the task in front of you. You own the step before - figuring out what data matters to create foresight on what to optimize - and the step after - the 'what next' that turns insight into value - keeping everything aligned to the customer's bigger goals.
• AI-first by default: Collects data first, then builds agents to optimize workflows - moving past large, manual analyst-and-developer teams.
• Ownership, agility, client-facing: Continuous contact with the customer and heavy ownership across every one of these dimensions.

How the role works

• Our priorities, in order: product expert (trained and certified on Skan), AI-first (agents do the repeat work - every consultant a 10x consultant), solutions-led (solve the true business problem), and end-to-end ownership from discovery through adoption.
• The bar: you solve real customer problems, and you can independently lead a customer discovery session - turning discovery and ideas into a clear plan to ship and adopt an AI solution.
• Hands-on and technical: you lead discovery, then build the solution yourself - configuration, integrations and the AI agents and accelerators that take it from platform to live value.
• Travel and focus: roughly 30% travel to customer sites; about 80% on customer delivery, 20% on learning and certification.
