  • Respond to visitor enquiries promptly and efficiently, directing individuals to the appropriate member of staff and ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
  • Manage meeting room bookings through the Condeco system, ensuring rooms are scheduled effectively and any specific meeting requirements are arranged in advance.
  • Administer the site sign-in and sign-out process using the Bluepoint system, including the issue, monitoring, and recovery of access cards.
  • Handle incoming calls via the Skanska switchboard in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with appropriately or passed to the relevant person.
  • Maintain the Electric Vehicle charging portal and manage the fast charger waiting list to ensure fair and effective use of charging facilities.
  • Provide flexible support to the wider Facilities team, including covering annual leave and sickness absence, and carrying out additional administrative and general duties as required to support service delivery.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties requested by the Line Manager to support the effective operation of Facilities Services.

We are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, customer service, or administrative role, in a busy reception/office environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable manner; calm and friendly under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office systems
  • Ability to handle calls, enquiries, and visitor interactions efficiently and professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing bookings, records, and access procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Reliable, flexible, and able to provide support across Facilities Services as required.

What we offer:

  • 24/7 digital GP service for you and your family
  • Financial wellbeing and employee assistance
  • Professional development
  • Enhanced family benefits (including maternity, paternity, dependants and parental bereavement leave)
