Recherche un Ingénieur Support Applicatif N2 pour intervenir sur des applications Java déployées sur Kubernetes.

?? Vos principales missions :

Assurer le support applicatif N2 et le maintien en conditions opérationnelles (MCO).

Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents de production en autonomie.

Analyser les logs, identifier les causes racines et suivre les actions correctives.

Intervenir sur des applications Java dans un environnement Cloud / Kubernetes.

Collaborer avec les équipes de développement, DevOps et infrastructure.

Assurer le suivi des incidents et escalader vers le N3 si nécessaire.

Profil recherché

? Profil recherché :

3 à 5 ans d'expérience en support applicatif ou support de production N2.

Bonne connaissance de Java et des applications associées.

Connaissances de Kubernetes, Linux et des environnements DevOps.

Maîtrise du diagnostic d'incidents et de l'analyse de logs.

Autonomie, rigueur et bon esprit d'équipe.
