Skillnet Recruitment is looking for driven, self-managed 360 Recruiters to join our remote team. You will own the full recruitment cycle, from winning new clients to placing the right candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Win new clients through cold calling, networking and LinkedIn

- Take job briefs and manage client relationships

- Headhunt, screen and shortlist quality candidates

- Coordinate interviews, offers and placements

- Keep the database updated on Placement Partner

- Handle all information in line with POPIA REQUIREMENTS

- Matric - Minimum 2 years' agency recruitment experience, including business development

- Experience with Placement Partner is a huge advantage

- Fluent in English and Afrikaans

- Stable work history with contactable references

- Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work without supervision

REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS

- Own laptop

- Stable and fast internet connection

- Backup power is an advantage

- Quiet home workspace
