This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who can balance operational excellence with people-centric leadership, while supporting business growth and fostering a strong company culture.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field

Minimum 5-8 years’ HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices

Proven experience in employee relations and performance management

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism

Experience within retail, fashion, or creative industries is advantageous
