About the Company

Our client, a well-established cleaning supplies distributor based in Nelspruit, is seeking a dynamic Telesales Consultant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a growing company and contribute to their success in delivering high-quality cleaning products to businesses in and around Nelspruit.

Job Purpose

The Telesales Consultant will be responsible for proactively contacting potential and existing customers via phone to promote the Company's cleaning range. If you are a sales enthusiast with excellent communication skills, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to promote cleaning products.
• Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
• Follow up on quotations and customer enquiries promptly.
• Process orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions on the CRM system.
• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and referrals.
• Resolve customer queries and provide product knowledge.
• Report sales progress to the Sales Manager regularly.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12/Matric certificate is essential.
• 1-2 years' experience in telesales or internal sales.
• Proven sales track record, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Computer literate, CRM experience advantageous.
• Professional telephone etiquette and fluency in English.
• Own reliable transport to work in Nelspruit.
• Clean criminal and credit record.
