JobDescription

We are looking to hire Junior Business Intelligence Analyst with strong analytical skills and an interest in developing stakeholder management capabilities. As a Junior BI Analyst, you will support the use of Business Intelligence tools to improve process automation and business performance visibility, contributing to data-driven decision-making across the business.

You will work with Tableau to create and maintain reports and dashboards, while learning how BI solutions can generate incremental business value. • Theabilitytoworkwithlarge,complexdatasetsacrossmultipleplatformsanddesign efficient processes to provide accurate and timely information is crucial

Whatwearelookingfor:

• Bachelor’sdegreeindatascienceorrelatedfield

• 0-2 years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role (including internships, graduate placements, or relevant academic projects).

• Experienceinthegamingindustryisbeneficialbutnotrequired

• Experiencewithpredictionmodelsandquantitativeanalysis will be considered an advantage but it is not required

• Basic to intermediate SQL skills, with the ability to write and understand queries for data extraction and analysis

• Strong Excel skills, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis technique

• Understandingofdigitaltracking,measurement,andreportingtools

• StrongwrittenandverbalcommunicationintheEnglishLanguage

• Teamworkingskills-theabilitytobuildrelationshipsinternallyandexternally,with experience working with third party agencies
