Role Overview :
We are looking for a Product Manager Digital Transformation with experience in Consumer Durable lending to drive end-to-end digital product journeys across customer onboarding, loan origination, servicing, and collections. The role will focus on digital journey transformation, process re-engineering, automation, STP, and delivering scalable solutions in collaboration with business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and enhance end-to-end Consumer Durable lending journeys across onboarding, loan origination, servicing, and collections.
- Drive digital journey design, process re-engineering, automation, and Straight-Through Processing (STP) to improve customer experience and turnaround time.
- Translate business requirements into scalable product solutions, functional requirements, user stories, and product roadmaps.
- Manage product backlog, prioritization, sprint planning, Agile/Scrum ceremonies, UAT, releases, and post-production enhancements.
- Work closely with Business, Risk, Operations, Technology, and external partners to deliver digital lending capabilities.
- Drive integrations with LOS, LMS, CRM, APIs, fintech platforms, payment systems, and partner ecosystems.
- Map customer journeys, identify process gaps and drop-offs, and implement improvements across the digital lending lifecycle.
- Define and track product KPIs including conversion, drop-offs, TAT, STP rate, digital penetration, and customer experience metrics.
- Prepare BRDs, user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and support UAT and release management.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives and integrations.
- Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and process optimization across lending operations.
Requirements :
- 2 - 7 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Digital Lending, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience in Consumer Durable Lending or digital lending within BFSI, NBFC, Fintech, or lending organizations.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end digital lending journeys, including onboarding, credit/loan origination, servicing, and collections.
- Experience with STP, process re-engineering, customer journey mapping, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Good understanding of LOS, LMS, CRM, APIs, and third-party/fintech integrations.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies, product backlogs, BRDs, user stories, UAT, and product releases.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking conversion, TAT, drop-offs, digital adoption, and other product KPIs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across Business, Risk, Operations, Technology, and external partners.
- Ability to translate business problems into clear product requirements and drive initiatives from concept through implementation and optimization.
