Job Description:
SK hynix Dalian (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab working on advanced edge 3D NAND product. DMTM focus on the success of NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting customers.
This position is for an enthusiastic, passionate candidate who wants to become 3D NAND Sort Product Engineer in SK hynix Dalian Site. Responsibility for this position include the following:
- Develops wafer level test programs that validate products functions as designed, debugs products issue, performs redundancy analysis schemes, drives improvement to product yield.
- Analyzes and evaluates test specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability with specific emphasis on yield analysis and bin split capabilities.
- Partners with product owners and module engineer to troubleshoot and resolve test problems. Ensures excellent overall sort/test product health and performance.
- Completes new product/new stepping introductions, works with product partners and other stakeholders on product schedules.
- Monitors product health and responds to deviations in performance. Responds to and contains quality excursions, support factory production commits with product disposition and troubleshooting of discrepant materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor/Master Graduate in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, Automation and Control Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.

Excellent problem solving, technical, team and communication skills.
●
Intermediate C/C++ Programming. Other object-oriented programming skill like Python/Perl, would be advantage for this position.
●
Experience in DFT, BIST are also preferred.
●
Fluent in English and Mandarin. Fluent Korean is also preferred.
