岗位职责 / Responsibilities

工作职责:

1.负责与客户达成一致的业务目标和清晰的业务前景，确定项目范围，并在项目执行过程中及时掌握和管理需求范围的变化;

2.负责组织项目干系人进行项目策划，制定项目计划和实施过程中参照的流程标准指南方法等，并掌握进度情况和计划变更，识别项目风险问题，及时解决。确保产品的质量、进度、成本、服务目标的达成;

3.负责控制项目成本，选择最合适的资源配比;

4.负责建议与客户的沟通计划，及时了解客户满意度，督导项目的适应性改善，提升客户满意度;

5.项目启动，交付时，负责现场监控和技术支持;

6.负责项目团队建设和员工培养，保持团队战斗力;

7.接受车载业务QA实施项目质量保证的要求接受QCD及客户满意度审计。

任职要求 / Requirements

任职要求:

1.本科以上学历，计算机/通讯相关专业优先:

2.5年以上软件开发/测试项目管理经验(15人以上团队):

3.良好的沟通能力，强烈的责任心和敬业精神，结果导向型思维方式:

4.熟悉项目管理相关工具(MicrosoftExcel、Project、Visio);

5.能够使用日语进行技术交流和项目交流优先;

6.有车载项目开发或其他相关项目管理经验优先。
