技术规划与落地：主导智能汽车座舱软件技术方案设计（如中控系统、人机交互功能开发），跟进市场技术趋势，确保产品符合当地需求与行业标准

项目管理：带领团队完成座舱软件从需求分析到测试交付的全流程开发，把控进度、质量与成本，协调跨部门（研发、测试、硬件等）资源。

业务对接：团队高效沟通，精准理解需求（如界面风格偏好、功能定制），推动技术方案适配市场，解决合作中的技术问题。

技术预研与团队提升：探索新技术（如多模态交互、AI 座舱应用）在产品中的落地，组织内部技术分享，提升团队整体技术水平。

职位要求：

技术能力：

5 年以上智能汽车座舱软件开发经验

有复杂座舱软件项目技术架构设计经验（如多屏互动、语音交互系统）。

任职要求 / Requirements

管理能力：

带过 50 人以上技术团队，有跨项目协调经验;

能通过技术优化提升开发效率与产品稳定性。

基础要求：本科及以上学历，计算机、电子工程等相关专业。
