Full Stack Engineer - AI Native

We are looking for an AI-native full-stack software engineer who is strong in mobile application development and comfortable working across the backend, APIs, databases, and third-party integrations. You will work closely with real client problems and take features from requirements through architecture, development, deployment, and debugging. This is not a Flutter/React Native-only role.

Responsibilities:

• Build and ship Android and iOS applications using Flutter/Dart or React Native.
• Develop backend services, REST APIs, databases, and integrations.
• Own features end-to-end from requirement understanding to production deployment.
• Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, payment gateways, and external systems.
• Debug issues across the mobile app, backend, and network layers.
• Work with different products and problem statements.
• Use AI tools and LLMs to accelerate development, debugging, testing, documentation, and prototyping.

Requirements:

• Must-Have Skills: Flutter/Dart or React Native.
• Hands-on experience building mobile applications.
• Node.js/TypeScript, Python, Go, or another backend stack; REST APIs; SQL or NoSQL databases; API integrations and authentication; Git/GitHub.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using AI coding tools / LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, etc.
• Good to have: Docker, AWS / Azure / GCP, Firebase, WebSockets / real-time applications, CI/CD, RAG / AI agents / LLM APIs, third-party SDK, and payment integrations.
• You should enjoy building and shipping products, be comfortable working with ambiguous requirements, and be able to learn technologies quickly. We value critical thinking, ownership, speed, and practical use of AI more than knowing a large number of frameworks.
