The Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build and evolve our user-facing products. This role blends frontend and backend engineering, AI-native UX, and close collaboration with our AI and C++ tooling teams.

You will work alongside our team to build a high-performance, cross-IDE and desktop frontend that allows developers to interact with our AI agents. This includes building UIs for streaming agent thoughts, visualizing complex code changes, and interacting with debuggers and profilers. The ideal candidate is a strong engineer with a track record of shipping production software, who understands the C++ developer and is excited to build the next generation of AI-powered developer tools.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Build and Design Scalable Architectures: Help build our core platform and design scalable, maintainable architectures that enable future expansion.
• Build AI-Native UIs: Design and build complex, high-performance interfaces for interacting with AI agents, including streaming log viewers, rich diff visualizers, and interactive prompt editors.
• Integrate Developer Tools: Create UI components that can parse, display, and interact with C++ tooling, such as debugger state (call stacks, variables), profiler output (flame graphs), and build logs.
• Collaborate on APIs: Work closely with AI and backend engineers to help define API contracts (gRPC/REST) for agent communication, telemetry, and authentication.
• Support & Mentor: Support and mentor junior engineers, helping uphold high standards for code quality, testing, and development velocity.
• Implement Telemetry: Help design and implement privacy-conscious telemetry to capture user interactions and agent performance data to create feedback loops for our models.
• Contribute to the Product Lifecycle: Take ownership of features end-to-end - from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend or full stack development, building and shipping production software.
• Strong Frontend Development Skills: Solid command of modern frontend technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript, Vue) and complex application state management.
• Working Knowledge/Experience of C++: Familiarity with the C++ development lifecycle, build systems (CMake), and debugging process. This is important for building UIs that genuinely help C++ developers.
• Collaborative & Mentorship Mindset: Comfortable working cross-functionally with backend, AI, and product teams, and willing to support and mentor more junior engineers.
• Have Built and Shipped Products: A track record of taking features or products from concept to production. Experience in the AI or developer tools domain is a plus.
