The data entry clerk will be responsible for compiling accounting data and entering into their system in a timely manner. The data entry clerks duties include:

Entering account data by inputting numeric information on keyboard

Maintaining data entry requirements by following the correct techniques and procedures.

Verifying information is correct by reviewing and correcting data.

Purging files to eliminate duplication of data.

Maintaining accounting operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes

Protects accounting operations by keeping information confidential.

Starts immediately and pays up to $15.00/hr. DOE.

Job Requirements

10-key by touch (10,000+ keystrokes per hour)

Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

Ability to follow instruction and work independently.
