SM Networks & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new business growth, acquire new clients, identify opportunities, and convert high-value IT solutions opportunities.

If you have 4–5 years of experience in the IT industry, strong client acquisition and business development skills, and a proven ability to identify leads, engage with customers, and drive sales conversions, this could be your next opportunity.

What You'll Lead

• New client acquisition & business development
• Lead generation and opportunity identification
• New logo acquisition across various customer segments
• Sales growth, revenue generation & target achievement
• Customer prospecting and relationship building
• Identifying and developing large-scale business opportunities
• Understanding client requirements, pain areas and business priorities
• Researching organizations and identifying new business opportunities
• C-level, CTO, CIO and CXO engagement
• IT solutions sales and business development
• Deal incubation, negotiation & closure
• Revenue realization and sales conversions
• Maintaining and developing a strong customer database
• Tracking customer interactions, outcomes and follow-ups
• Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
• Driving business growth initiatives and achieving defined goals
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory
• 4–5 years of experience in the IT industry
• Proven experience in hunter sales / new business development
• Strong track record in acquiring new clients and generating new business
• Experience in lead identification, opportunity development and deal conversion
• Strong customer prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Ability to engage with C-level, CTO, CIO and CXO stakeholders
• Strong understanding of client business functions, priorities, strategies and pain areas
• Ability to identify and shape opportunities into large-scale business engagements
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong focus on results
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a target-driven environment
• Strong time management, productivity and organizational skills
