Strengthen Customer Relationships: Lead customer meetings, presentations, negotiations, and major sales pursuits while identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts.
Collaborate Across the Business: Partner with operations, estimating, engineering, and finance to evaluate opportunities, develop competitive proposals, protect profit margins, and ensure successful project handoffs.
Build for Long-Term Growth: Establish consistent sales processes, evaluate resource needs, support recruiting and onboarding, and develop a sales organization positioned for continued growth.
Leverage Companywide Opportunities: Collaborate across the Fidelity Building Services Group portfolio to identify cross-selling opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
