Web & Zoho Developer -Urgent Hiring

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Developer with strong expertise in web development, SEO, and Zoho development to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and maintaining websites, optimizing search engine performance, and customizing Zoho applications to improve business operations. Candidates with significant UAE experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly, and high-performing websites to enhance the company's online presence.
• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and search engine visibility.
• Zoho Development: Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other relevant Zoho tools, to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• System Integration: Integrate Zoho applications with company websites, third-party platforms, and internal systems to ensure seamless data flow and automation.
• Automation and Customization: Create custom workflows, functions, and business process automations using Zoho Deluge and other relevant tools.
• Content Management: Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency with the company's branding and messaging.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor website and application performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve speed, functionality, and user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to support digital marketing campaigns, CRM requirements, and business process improvements.
• Security and Maintenance: Ensure website and application security, perform regular updates, and implement measures to protect company data and digital assets.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to websites, Zoho applications, integrations, and system functionality.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest web development technologies, SEO trends, Zoho features, and automation best practices to continuously improve digital capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience in web development, preferably within the UAE and the business setup industry.
• Web Development Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other relevant web development languages and frameworks.
• Zoho Development Skills: Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Deluge, custom modules, workflows, functions, and application customization.
• Integration Skills: Experience integrating Zoho applications with websites, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword implementation, website structure, and search engine performance.
• CMS Proficiency: Experience with content management systems such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
• Automation Skills: Ability to develop automated workflows and customized solutions to improve business processes.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and commitment to delivering quality, secure, and reliable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the business setup or corporate services industry.
• Familiarity with the UAE market and business environment.
• Experience implementing and customizing Zoho solutions for sales, lead management, customer relationship management, and operational workflows.
• Experience with API integrations, third-party applications, and business process automation.
• Indian nationality preferred, in line with the team's diversity goals and current composition.
