As a Senior Software Engineer on the Apps & Behaviors Services team, you'll take ownership of complex features and technical challenges within the platform powering SmartApps and Rules & Automations across the SmartThings ecosystem. You'll act as a technical lead - decomposing ambiguous problems, driving solutions from design through delivery, and identifying gaps where the platform can be made more scalable and reliable. Alongside your own contributions, you'll mentor other engineers and help raise the technical bar across the team.
This role is hybrid, 3 days/week in our Minneapolis Office (on iconic St Anthony Main across from Downtown...with attached parking at no cost to you!)
The pay range for this role is $117,000 to $158,000, with an annual bonus target of 20%.
