Обязанности:

  • Установка, администрирование и обновление парка компьютеров на ОС MS Windows 10/11, установка и обновление прикладного ПО.
  • Активная работа с пользователями (L1): взаимодействие на рабочих местах, решение текущих проблем с ПК, прикладным ПО и периферийными устройствами.
  • Настройка бэк-офисных систем (телефония, домен, файл-сервер, VPN) для обеспечения бесперебойной работы пользователей.

Требования:

  • Высшее или среднее специальное образование (информационные технологии)
  • Опыт работы системным администратором
  • Опыт администрирования Windows-систем (Active Directory, GPO, Terminal Server, служба печати, WSUS), в том числе с использованием средств удаленного доступа
  • Базовый опыт работы в Unix системах
  • Опыт работы с офисным оборудованием (в т.ч. МФУ корпоративного уровня, системами ВКС)
  • Опыт работы с корпоративными антивирусными системами (Kaspersky Security Server будет являться преимуществом), почтовыми серверами, виртуальной телефонией
  • Знание основных сетевых технологий, протоколов и сервисов
  • Опыт работы с HelpDesk или ServiceDesk системами.
Условия:
  • Работа в аккредитованной IT-компании, входящей в состав Холдинга РЖД
  • Оформление, отпуска, больничные по ТК, стабильный, полностью официальный доход
  • График работы: 5/2, 8-ми часовой рабочий день (работа в офисе)
  • ДМС, включая стоматологию
