Junior Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Civil Engineering Design

• Assist in the preparation and development of civil engineering designs, drawings, calculations, and technical specifications.
• Support the review of engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams during the design development process.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate comments from senior engineers and the Client

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams members (all discipline) to support project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Prepare meeting minutes, action registers, progress reports, and project correspondence.
• Track project issues, risks, and outstanding actions and support their resolution.
• Maintain proper project documentation and records management systems.

Quality, Safety, and Compliance

• Ensure engineering and project activities comply with company procedures, contractual requirements, and industry standards.
• Support quality assurance and quality control reviews of project deliverables.
• Assist in identifying project risks and implementing mitigation measures.
• Promote compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
