The role
We are looking for an Office Assistant for a Dam and Hydropower project based in Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The candidate will support site office operations and assist the project team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project staff with administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination.
- Assist with document handling, filing, and maintaining organized project records.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked, ordered, and properly organized.
- Support meeting preparation, including arranging logistics and preparing necessary documents and materials.
- Maintain general office orderliness and assist with day-to-day site office operations.
- Provide administrative support to the project team to ensure the smooth running of office activities.
With a track record of achievement in a related role, you will have gained your experience in a consultancy environment and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.
Suitable applicants will have/be:
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in office support or administrative work
- Good organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office) will be an advantage
