Key Activities:
- Support purchase order creation, tracking, and maintenance.
- Follow up with suppliers for order acknowledgements and delivery commitments.
- Assist in expediting critical orders and updating status reports.
- Support procurement data analysis and KPI reporting.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation.
- Assist buyers with RFQ administration and supplier communications.
- Support SAP-related procurement transactions and master data updates.
Key Accoutablities:
- Ensure timely completion of procurement
- support activities.Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers for routine follow-ups.
- Support buyers in achieving procurement objectives.
- Assist in resolving operational procurement issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procurement procedures.
- Experience:
1.Degree In Engineering
- Technical Skills:
1.Data analyses and reporting
2.Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Power point
- People Skills :
