Key Activities

Verification of the availability stock of the necessary components to guarantee the production plan feasibility

• Check drawings and order documentation availability
• Management of purchase orders and related suppliers
• Manage the workshops according to the defined logic and methods, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Raise and manage internal production orders for the main plant
• Check and consider production departments capacity limits
• Check the work in progress and delivery times
• Manage the changes customer request
• Management of work in progress and urgencies with different company functions (technical office, purchasing, order management, warehouse, logistics, production)
• Check of suppliers invoices with the administrative office
• Search for new sources/alternative sources of supply when required

Key Accountabilities

• Degree in engineering, production management or related disciplines
• Knowledge of planning techniques
• Knowledge of technical drawings
• Good knowledge of MRP logics in a Make to Order reality
• Familiarity with ERP systems (knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)
• Communication skills
• Fluent English

• Raise work account purchase order
• Notification of client/third party to attended tests
