- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance manufacturing performance, product quality, and operational efficiency.
- Design, develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and work methods.
- Analyze manufacturing data, identify root causes of process variation, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Support new product introductions and process transfers while ensuring manufacturability and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Production, and other functional teams to improve process capability and equipment performance.
- Participate in problem-solving activities using Lean Manufacturing principles and structured engineering methodologies.
- Lead and support process validation, equipment qualification, calibration, and manufacturing documentation.
- Participate in quality audits and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain compliance with company and customer requirements.
- Train and coach manufacturing personnel on new processes, work methods, and engineering improvements.
- Promote a safe, organized, and compliant manufacturing environment while supporting operational and business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in Process Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience using SolidWorks and Arena Simulation Software.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, including Value Stream Mapping.
- Intermediate written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
